The Webinar on Mainstreaming Gender into ABS: Experimenting new Approaches to Think Equal, Build Smart and Innovate for Change, held in the framework of the International Women’s Day, presents MIND Your Step! Gender Tool, the gender toolkit developed by the UNDP-GEF Global ABS Project.

The toolkit features useful context, analytical approaches, case studies and lessons learned to guide development professionals working on genetic resources in their efforts to mainstream gender considerations into ABS compliant Value Chains and ensure that different social-groups do equally benefit from various ABS transactions and interventions.

Setting the Scene: Gender, Biodiversity and the Post 2020. Tanya Mc Gregor (Gender Programme Officer, SCBD).
